My client are a main contractor who are seeking to recruit a Site Manager on a Freelance Basis for a period of 4-5 Months,
The Project
The project is an £11m Commercial Park with 7no Units. Steel work is progressing nicely. The Site Manager will be responsible for managing internals and infrastructure packages across the project reporting into a Senior Project Manager.
Requirements
* The Site Manager will have a proven track record in schemes of a similar nature
* Valid CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
* Access to a car and full uk driving licence
Rate
* £260-£280pd - CIS Umbrella or PAYE Umbrella
