About the Role:

As a Partner in the Family Team, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing a variety of privately funded family law cases. This will include handling divorces, separations, financial disputes, business and pension division in divorces, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements, and other related matters. You will work with a team of experienced professionals and collaborate closely with clients to provide them with the highest level of legal counsel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead a range of family law cases with a focus on delivering exceptional service to clients.
  • Provide expert legal advice and counsel on complex HNW family law matters.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism and ethical conduct in all interactions.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Qualified solicitor with substantial experience in family law matters.
  • Demonstrated expertise in handling high-value and complex family law cases.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • The ambition to contribute to the continued growth and success of the firm.
