Ipaf Operator

Start On Site Recruitment are seeking an experienced and certified IPAF Operator to join our team. As an IPAF Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our fleet of aerial work platforms (AWPs) to ensure efficient and safe operations.
Responsibilities:
* Operate and maintain IPAF certified aerial work platforms (AWPs) including cherry pickers, scissor lifts, and boom lifts.
* Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment to ensure it is safe and ready for use
* Identify and report any defects or maintenance issues with the equipment.
* Ensure all safety procedures and protocols are followed during operation and maintenance of equipment.
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and safe completion of tasks.
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
* Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, maintenance, and repairs.
Requirements:
* Current IPAF operator certification (PAL or MOE)
* 2+ years of experience operating aerial work platforms (AWPs)
* Strong understanding of safety procedures and protocols
* Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
* Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and climbing
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* High school diploma or equivalent required
