Café Assistant  
Location: Moredon Sports Hub
Shift:  16 hours a week  @ 16 hrs per week 9am – 3pm, Mon - Sun
Pay:     
16–17 year old  £6.80 

18–20 year-old  £8.90

Over 21 £11.80    
Reports To: Cafe Manager
This role is perfect for students, part-time hours and flexible days. 
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and take orders efficiently.

Serve food and beverages according to the menu.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately (training given)

Assist cook in opening and closing the cafe.

Provide excellent customer service and handle any customer inquiries or complaints professionally.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a cafe or food service environment preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Positive attitude and a team player.
