Essential Role Highlights:
* Master the intricacies of Power Project planning software, harnessing its capabilities to drive project success.
* Provide strategic guidance on construction methodology and sequence, ensuring seamless project execution.
* Develop comprehensive programmes and methodology statements aligned with contract requirements, showcasing your expertise in project planning.
* Create innovative logistical plans detailing site access, egress, and distribution methods, contributing to project efficiency.
* Collaborate closely with subcontractors and specialist contractors to ensure flawless execution and delivery.
* Generate short-term programmes to monitor works against the contract programme, proactively addressing any deviations.
* Maintain meticulous progress records and as-built programmes, preparing for potential extension of time/claim situations with utmost diligence.
Qualifications and Experience:
* ONC or equivalent in a construction-related subject, coupled with membership of a professional body (e.g., CIOB, RICS).
* Hold valid CSCS scheme membership and demonstrate proficiency in Asta Power Project (Levels 1, 2 & 3).
* Secure 1st Aid at Work certification (4-day course) and showcase your expertise in MS Projects, Asta Projects, Primavera P6.
