In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Sales team and the Directors to ensure effective bid submissions and successful outcomes.nKey Responsibilities:nIdentify relevant contracts for evaluation by monitoring relevant Public Sector notification websites.nMaintain and update CPV codes and keywords for effective searches on online tender alert tools.nProduce Expressions of Interest (EOIs) to obtain tender/bid documentation.nProject manage tenders/Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs) in coordination with the Sales team, including:nParticipating in decision-making processes for prioritising tenders/bids.nOrganising bid planning meetings, reviewing tender specifications, and outlining document structures.nPlanning content creation schedules and assigning responsibilities.nSourcing and creating content to effectively respond to tender requirements.nEditing and copywriting content to ensure consistency and professionalism.nCollaborating with Sales and Directors to finalise pricing structures.nCollaborating with Finance to model financial impacts and propose payment terms.nEvaluating and mitigating project/contractual risks within tender proposals.nProofing and finalising bid documents for submission.nTracking tender activity in the CRM system and analysing outcomes.nProactively communicate with Sales and Marketing Director to improve bid processes and protocols.nProvide regular feedback on tender performance and suggest improvements.nManage and develop a company library of tender information.nManage tender templates adhering to brand guidelines.nIdentify areas for process improvement and instigate necessary changes.nManage senior-level meetings and liaise with senior personnel professionally.nAdhere to the Company's Health and Safety Policy.nUndertake any other duties as required.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience in bid management within the manufacturing or related industry is preferred.
