We are working with a vibrant primary school, nestled in the heart of Northampton, who are currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Primary Teacher to join their team from September 2024. They will consider full and part time applicants.
Position Overview:
Role: Primary Teacher
Contract: Ongoing
Hours: Full-time or Part-time
Location: Northampton, Northamptonshire - NN2 Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes a love for learning, creativity, and collaboration.
Assess student progress regularly through a variety of formative and summative assessments, providing timely feedback to support their academic growth.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents/guardians to ensure a holistic approach to student development and well-being.
Implement effective behaviour management strategies that promote a safe, respectful, and conducive learning environment for all students.Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Sound knowledge of the Primary curriculum and proficiency in planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/guardians.
A passion for fostering a culture of respect, diversity, and inclusivity within the school community.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to contribute to the school's continued success
