Site Manager

Helston, Cornwall

We have a unique opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join an award-winning team to deliver a new build housing site in Helston.

Working with an experienced team, you will take charge of delivering this unique site. With a considered and realistic build programme, quality and delivery is at the forefront of this site, ensuring a high-end unit is handed over every time.

You will take charge of on-site teams, including sub-contractors, on site health & safety and material control. You will be responsible for the site short term programming and reporting on site progress.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have good volume housing and experience of building with timber frame.

SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid at Work will all be required and ideally you will have a trades background and have worked with the local supply chain.

Initially offering a Fixed Term Contract, for the right individual this could be a permanent opportunity.
