About the Impact Academy
The Impact Academy offers a carefully structured training programme to equip you with the skills to thrive as a Recruitment Consultant. Over 9-12 months, you'll support a dedicated team in sourcing top talent for our client schools in Kent.
Your Responsibilities
In your first year, you will:
* Source and interview candidates for temporary and permanent roles. * Create professional CV profiles for client marketing. * Boost candidate placements through collaboration with our sales teams. * Meet weekly targets and KPIs set with your manager. * Earn commission for your contributions from the start.
Support and Mentorship
Throughout your journey, you'll receive continuous support from your team manager, Academy lead, and an in-team mentor. Learn from the most successful recruitment consultants in the Education sector as you grow in your role.
Graduation and Beyond
After your first year, you'll move to a designated Sales Desk. Unlike other firms, we provide ongoing support rather than a 'sink-or-swim' approach. You'll receive advanced training in:
