The company seeks a passionate Digital Marketing Executive to join their talented marketing team.


Your focus will be the company's social media presence, including paid and organic channels. This will include planning and developing monthly social content and creating high-quality video and image assets using design tools. You'll manage a healthy budget for paid advertising on social platforms.


You will also produce and develop emails to increase subscriptions, engagement, and revenue. You'll use relevant techniques including database segmentation and other best practices of CRM and email marketing, ensuring customised content and appropriate tone of voice are used to communicate with our subscribers and customers.


This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday. Working hours are 8:30am-5pm. This is intended to be a hybrid role, typically two office days and three remote working days per week.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage social media channels
  • Create and schedule engaging content tailored to each social platform
  • Produce high-quality videos and images for social and other marketing channels
  • Manage a significant paid social media budget
  • Develop and create email marketing campaigns and funnels, including content writing and creative production
  • Collaborate with other team members and support new marketing projects as assigned


Essential skills:

  • Minimum two years of relevant marketing experience
  • Experience in managing Mailchimp, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn or other social platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated team player
  • Attention to detail
  • Can-do, positive attitude
  • Excellent computer literacy
