Are you ready to take the reins and run your own restaurant? We are seeking a dynamic and driven Restaurant General Manager (RGM) to join our clients global fast food chain based in Inverness. As an RGM, you'll have the autonomy to operate your restaurant as if it were your own, with a focus on enhancing performance in four crucial areas: People, Customers, Sales, and Profit.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Restaurant Performance: Take charge of all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure exceptional performance.
Coach and Develop Your Team: Train, mentor, and engage your team to help them grow and excel in their roles.
Deliver on KPIs: Ensure that your restaurant meets our high standards through the consistent achievement of key performance indicators.
Administrative Excellence: Perform weekly administrative tasks to maintain a well-oiled and functional restaurant.
Run the Shop Floor: Create memorable customer experiences by maintaining high standards on the shop floor.
