Compensation: £35-£45 per hour, depending on experience
Manpower is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Project Engineer to join our client's team in Yeovil.
This role is on a 6-month fixed term contract, where you will be integral to a team focused on achieving program-specific performance targets within the aerospace sector.
Responsibilities:
Develop project plans, schedules, and milestones in line with customer expectations using earned value metrics.
Monitor and maintain project plans to ensure milestone adherence and on-time product delivery.
Create and track work packages for internal suppliers to support technical and schedule compliance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers.
Manage project requirements, including validation and proper allocation.
Oversee project risks and implement mitigation plans.Requirements:
HND/HNC/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering.
Experience in a project engineering environment, with a thorough understanding of the engineering lifecycle from conception to commissioning.
Strong knowledge and experience working with suppliers and integrated supply chains within the project lifecycle.Additional Information:
All candidates must pass a drug and alcohol screening and a DBS check prior to starting on-site.
