LHH Recruitment Solutions are currently working with a leading financial services organisation with the recruitment of a Senior Treasury Analyst on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading Sussex based business who offer a wonderful, values driven working culture. In this role, you will be the treasury subject matter expert and support the business with risk analysis and provide updates on regulatory developments.
Responsibilities:
Produce interest and liquidity regulatory returns for specific entities.
Generate daily market and counterparty risk reports for the client's banks.
Maintain and update the setup of FIS Balance Sheet Manager.
Prepare documents for management committees and senior management.
Ensure SLA KPIs and Group reporting deadlines are met.
Participate in projects as they arise.
Produce and maintain standardised procedure documentation.Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in Treasury within a financial services organisation (essential)
Proactive and self-driven with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Client-centric approach with a focus on timely deliverables.
Efficient time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Self-starter with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Organised, diligent, and methodical.
Enthusiastic, positive, and result-focused.
A strong team player with the ability to develop and manage working relationships.
Interested in innovation and process enhancement.The role is being recruited on a hybrid basis of 3 days a week in modern offices along with lots of flexibility as required.
Salary is up to £80k plus good bonus and excellent benefits
