The Package
* £35,000+(depending on experience)

The Role:
* Ensure the highest quality standards for fresh fruit products and salads
* Oversee and maintain food safety and quality control systems
* Implement and monitor sustainability practices in production and distribution
* Lead and mentor a team of quality technicians
* Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards
* Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve quality objectives
* Provide training and support to team members on quality and sustainability practices
The Candidate
* Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field
* Experience in quality assurance/quality control in the food industry
* Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations (e.g., HACCP, BRC)
* Experience with fresh foods
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
* Commitment to sustainability and continuous improvement
