Principal People are currently working on behalf of a social housing organisation based in North London who are looking for a Repairs Inspector to be covering their housing stock across London, this role will be for 3-6 months. You will be responsible for travel across the London visiting tenant properties, carrying out inspections, raising work orders, make recommendations for contractors, writing of reports on inspections amongst other related duties. This role is to pay an hourly rate of between £16-18/hour.(Inside IR35)
Essential Criteria:
Experience/ knowledge of repairs / maintenance
Experience within Housing / Property Management / Facilities environments
Be competent with Microsoft Office
Incorporate a positive attitude and approach
Hold a UK driving license and have access to a vehicle
Be happy and flexible to travel around London
