Senior Engineer

We are currently on the lookout for a Senior Engineer to lead with the support of the Facilities and Engineering Manager in all car parking matters and undertake key engineering roles within the team.
The Role:
To manage all aspects of building, structures and engineering property-related matters, including scheme design, drawings, specification, contract administration and site supervision.
To help to manage the Civil Parking Enforcement Service.
To undertake routine CCTV system checks, maintenance and ad hoc requests and problems as may be required.
To carry out the street naming and property numbering functions for all new developments and any requests for changes.
To manage requests for all utility information.
To lead on the maintenance/management of the car parks and street/footpath lighting.
To assist with all aspects of Civil Contingencies (Emergency Planning) including any specific role as may be allocated, including emergency situations.
To undertake surveys of land and structures as appropriate.The Candidate:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred..
Professional Engineer (PE) license required; additional certifications or licensures may be advantageous.
Proven track record of successfully leading and managing civil engineering projects of varying scope and complexity.
Strong technical proficiency in civil engineering principles, practices, and software applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
Demonstrated leadership abilities and a commitment to fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
Experience working with regulatory agencies and knowledge of applicable codes, standards, and regulations.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively to meet project deadlines and objectives.How to Apply:
