Our client based in Avonmouth is looking for individuals who are looking to develop their career and knowledge through a hands-on practical role with the opportunity to develop a variety of skills.
Previous experience within a Production or Recycling environment would be an advantage along with good timekeeping and the willingness to learn. However Full training will be provided
Company is offering:
* 38.5 hours per week plus overtime
* Monday to Sunday (2 days / 2 nights & 4 days off)
* Starting salary of £31,931.00
* Full-time (Permanent) Employment
* Bonus scheme
* Full training
Main Duties involve:
* Operate and run machinery, ensuring efficient and safe operation.
* Set and adjust machine controls including start-up and shut-down processes.
* Carry our cleaning and general maintenance.
* Conduct regular quality checks on products, identifying and addressing defects or issues promptly.
* To maintain a general level of tidiness in work areas
To be considered for the position, you will need the following:
* Able to work well on own initiative and as part of a team.
* Positive attitude to safety and quality
* Punctual and reliable
* Good attention to detail
* Previous experience running and operating machinery would be an advantage.
* Experience working in a production or recycling environment.
