Chartered Valuations Surveyor - Company Profile:nThis is a large independent property company with a network of offices and coverage across London. They are experts in residential and commercial property services, block & property management, surveying and financial services. Chartered Valuations Surveyor - Key Duties:n• Producing accurate and high-quality valuation reports to our lenders and private clientsn• Travel across London to conduct a range of valuations/surveys and occasionally come to the office for meetingsn• Strong market knowledge and to keep up to date with market changesn• Observing RICS regulatory requirements and be aware of any changes, including Red Book related standardsn• Understanding the companies’ policies and procedures specifically relating to Quality Assurance, Health & Safetyn• Providing high levels of customer service to the client base
Chartered Valuations Surveyor – Person Profile:n• Extensive previous residential valuations surveying experiencen• MRICS, FRICS or AssocRICS qualifiedn• Proven track record in a surveying practicen• Passionate about delivering outstanding servicen• Collaborative and keen to share residential surveying knowledge and experiencen• Focused on personal improvement and bring new thinking and methods to the teamn• Comfortable working remotely with travel across London for surveysn• Driving licence and own car
Package - Chartered Valuations Surveyor:nBasic Salary £50-60,000nA range of company benefitsnMonday – Thursday 9am – 5.30pm and Friday 9am – 5pmnRemote working – some travel to office in SW London and across London for surveys
