For you, this means working on challenging projects that demand innovation, collaboration, and thought leadership . Role – We’re seeking an experienced SAP FI Consultant to support a large-scale S/4HANA Transformation Programme, covering design, build, data, testing, cutover and go-live/hypercare phases. You will work closely with finance process teams and SMEs to identify design gaps, lead core FI activities, and support critical finance workstreams including Intercompany, Fixed Assets, Chart of Accounts, and WBS migration. This role is ideal for a hands-on FI specialist with strong financial process knowledge and experience working on complex transformation programmes.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with finance SMEs and process leads to identify design and build gaps. Support data conversion, cleansing, reporting remediation, cutover and deployment activities. Lead key SAP FI workstreams including:Capital Projects / WBS – mass creation to support transition to IOs. Intercompany – define cutover actions including balance clearing and journals. Fixed Assets – technical load and ledger initiation. Chart of Accounts – define & configure attributes. Define step-level operational usage and solutions for known defects or gaps across Collections & Disputes, Intercompany, Fixed Assets and IFRS ledger. Support UAT execution, guiding Finance & Planning teams through testing. Key Skills:Strong experience delivering SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation programmes. Deep functional and technical SAP FI knowledge, including data reconciliation. Strong understanding of financial reporting & consolidation including statutory/local GAAP and US GAAP. Experience working within a SOX-controlled environment. Confident in simplifying complex financial concepts for non-finance stakeholders. Skilled at building relationships across business and technology teams. Proactive, detail-focused and willing to challenge where required.
