Our prestigious Nottingham based clients are currently seeking a highly experienced and qualified CNC Press Brake Operator.The successful candidate will:be responsible for executing the weekly production plan, liaising with Production Leaders and Manufacturing Engineers to ensure the timeliness and efficient completion of the task to the required quality standards.be expected to conduct basic first principal measurement, maintain the cell 5S standard, maintain calibration of gauges and equipment and to manage the efficient allocation of consumables and resources and materials in the cell.It is essential that the successful candidate:Holds a NVQ level 3 or City and Guilds Level 3 Fabrication and Welding qualification via an apprenticeship.Has a professional and flexible attitude, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels.Is self-motivated, with the ability to work on your own initiative or as part of a team.Has understanding of how to maintain a clean and safe environment in the workplace and how to work to set deadlines to achieve performance targets.Has up-to-date working knowledge of health, safety (including COSHH) and environmental procedures.It is desirable that the successful candidate:Has previous experience working in the Aerospace sector.Working Hours:Operating across a 3-shift rotating pattern of earlies afters and nights, Monday to Friday.
