A Finishing / Snagging foreman needed to join a leading Tier 1 contractor ona large residential scheme featuring 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments in NW London. Please note it is an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee finishing and snagging activities, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
* Conduct inspections and rectify defects using Fieldview software.
* Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to meet deadlines.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in high-volume residential developments.
* Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-apced environement
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to start immediately / on a short notice
