Senior Merchandiser / Merchandising Manager – Women’s Ready-to-Wear Salary Up to £70,000 Location: London (Hybrid) 3 days office based. Fixed Term Contract: Full-time, Permanent Fella & Jones are delighted to be partnering with a certified B Corp fashion brand that is experiencing an exciting period of high growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and commercially astute Senior Merchandiser / Merchandising Lead to join their team and play a pivotal role in shaping product strategy, driving trade performance, and managing inventory across their women’s ready-to-wear collections. You’ll work closely with Design, Product Development, Production, and digital teams to develop seasonal plans, manage margins, and deliver a balanced, profitable assortment. Using data-driven insights, you’ll identify opportunities, assess risks, and make strategic recommendations to maximise sales and support continued brand growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute seasonal product and assortment strategies aligned with brand and business objectives. Analyse sales and market trends to inform pricing, product mix, and future buys. Own trade reporting and stock management to ensure healthy inventory levels and strong sell-through. Oversee replenishment, allocations, and continuity lines across retail and e-commerce. Support wholesale appointments and manage orders to optimise sales opportunities. What You’ll Bring: 4+ years’ merchandising or buying experience in fashion, ideally within women’s RTW. Excellent analytical, numerical and excel skills. Strong product sensibility, commercial awareness, and financial acumen.
