The Regulatory Officer will take ownership of the business’s regulatory systems by maintaining and reporting their regulatory position.
The ideal Regulatory Officer will have:
Experience of working in a regulatory environment

Knowledge of pharmaceutical consumables regulations is advantageous

Knowledge in BPR, REACH and personal protection equipment is advantageous

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Full UK/EU driving licence
The Regulatory Officer will be responsible for:
Take responsibility for product related regulatory activities across the business, including the guidance, interpretation, and application of regulations, liaising with external bodies, Export and Research & Development teams to proactively ensuring regulatory compliance across the business.

To act as the primary liaison with external bodies, and as the primary regulatory contact for customers for product regulatory related matters.

Responsible for compliance with Biocidal Products Regulations, Classification, Labelling and Packaging Regulation/REACH and personal protection equipment..

Provide timely expert guidance to key stakeholders by identifying and interpreting the requirements of the regulatory frameworks governing the products they sell.

Review changes in the regulatory frameworks and make recommendations to adapt processes, and coordinate projects to ensure continued compliance.
This role would suit an experienced regulatory professionally, who is self-motivated and ideally comes from a pharmaceutical background.
