Description

  • Provide financial analysis to drive decision-making and achieve targets.
  • Ensure data integrity in the Dayforce system by challenging departmental heads.
  • Monitor, analyze, and track performance to understand year-to-date balances and variances.
  • Cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive collaboration.
  • Collaborate with the team to prepare and present month-end results, including variance analysis.
  • Deliver monthly management accounts and financial information to operational managers.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to enhance profitability.
  • Assist in preparing quarterly forecasts and annual budgets.
  • Support managers through the annual budget setting process.
  • Contribute to the year-end process and prepare monthly balance sheet and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure compliance with controls and policies, actively seeking opportunities for improvement.

Profile

Essential:

  • Qualified or Qualified by Experience
  • Background in Logistics Finance.
  • Ability to provide credible support across non-finance areas.
  • Strong communication skills with a proactive attitude.
  • Self-motivated and accountable, thriving in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in IT and spreadsheet applications.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a knack for teamwork and independence.
