Position: Primary Teacher Recruitment Consultant
About the Role: As a Primary Teacher Recruitment Consultant at Veritas Education, you will utilise your teaching expertise, experience, and knowledge to support fellow educators in securing their dream jobs. Your role will involve understanding the needs of both schools and teachers, fostering strong relationships, and making impactful placements. This position allows you to continue contributing to the education sector while embarking on a new and exciting career pathway.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilise your teaching background to assess the suitability of candidates for primary teaching positions.
Forge strong connections with primary schools to comprehend their staffing requirements and preferences.
Match skilled educators with available teaching vacancies, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
Coordinate interviews, trial days, and onboarding processes for successful candidates.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to candidates and schools throughout the placement process.
Stay updated on industry trends and developments to remain competitive in the recruitment market.Requirements:
Qualified Teacher status with teaching experience (deseriable).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
Passion for education and a desire to support others in their career journeys.
