MEP Planner

We are working with a leading M&E contractor with a turnover of £300m and a strong national presence across the commercial, healthcare and data centre sectors who are looking for an MEP Planner and a senior to join their London business unit.
Reporting to a planning director, depending on your level and preference you will either act as the senior MEP planner on a very notable hyperscale data centre in NW London or work across 2-3 commercial schemes in Central London. The company in question have an excellent reputation and have numerous exciting projects (big focus on life-science and data centres) with continued growth plans over the coming years.
Responsibilities • Participate in bid activity as requested by senior management. • Work individually & as part of a team (Working in partnership with commercial, operation & BD divisions). • Oversee internal planning meetings with all relevant project personnel. • Produce & manage contract baseline programmes. • Effectively manage progress and productivity against project plans.Sign off to pay an attractive salary (or day rate) and the opportunity to join one of the leading contractors in the country and be part of some of the most notable and exciting projects being delivered over the coming years
