We represent a school who have identified a key need for a SEN Teaching Assistant who can contribute to the teaching and learning of the young people in their community.
Responsibilities
The SEN Teaching Assistant hired for this role must maintain high quality of teaching to ensure pupils are given the best chance to achieve targets.
The ideal SEN Teaching Assistant for this role will demonstrate a willingness to explore new ideas that contribute to the development of a learning culture in the school.
It is important to this school that the SEN Teaching Assistant they hire is able to analyse assessment data and use it to inform lesson planning and structure.
This school needs a SEN Teaching Assistant who is excited to motivate and engage students, and who thrives on the challenge of working in a demanding, yet rewarding environment.
Qualifications/Experience
You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent to be eligible for this role.

To be considered for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training.
