Role Overview:
System Enhancement:
Develop and implement system improvements to enhance capability, efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.nLead Consultant:
Act as the primary liaison with NEC, taking ownership of issues and ensuring their successful resolution.nSystem Management:
Oversee the configuration and maintenance of the NEC housing management system.nTesting Coordination:
Collaborate with the infrastructure team and delivery managers to schedule comprehensive test runs.nStakeholder Collaboration:
Work with internal stakeholders to identify system requirements and customise solutions to meet organisational needs.nCompliance Audits:
Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and data security standards.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
NEC Experience:
Extensive experience with NEC (Northgate) Housing Management Systems is essential.nHousing Sector Background:
Significant experience in the housing sector, particularly with housing associations or local councils.nLeadership Skills:
Strong leadership abilities with a talent for influencing key stakeholders and driving projects forward.nIndependent Work:
Capable of working under pressure and with minimal supervision.nTechnical Proficiency:
High technical proficiency with the ability to troubleshoot issues and perform system configurations.nProject Management:
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Position Details:
Contract Length:
6-month contract, Outside IR35.nCompensation:
Daily rate is negotiable.nLocation:
Fully remote; the client is based in Scotland, but work can be performed anywhere in the UK.nWork Environment:
