The Opportunity:nDo you know what it takes to create an identity through visuals and design? We are seeking a creative Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in executing our visual brand identity and bringing our creative concepts to life. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including pitch decks, web designs, branding materials, marketing collateral, and more. You will collaborate with the senior leadership, marketing and product teams to develop and design innovative visuals that align with our brand guidelines. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs, layouts, and graphics that effectively communicate the desired message. Additionally, you will ensure that all designs are consistent with our brand identity and standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesnConceptualise and create visually impactful designs for various departments and key company prioritiesnDevelop design concepts, graphics, and layouts for websites, social media, and other marketing materialsnConduct regular brand audits to ensure consistency across all marketing materialsnStay up-to-date with industry trends and design software to ensure best practices are implementednWork with cross-functional teams to support their design needs, such as presentations and collateralnManage multiple, simultaneous projects and prioritise deadlines to ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs
RequirementsnMust Havesn5+ years experience as a Graphic Designer or similar rolenProficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)nStrong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout design principlesnExcellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesnExperience with web design and UI/UX principles is a plusnAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment while consistently exemplifying our culture and valuesnStrong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectivelynExceptional commitment to organisation and organisational tools and software to ensure working priorities are tightly managednExcellent communication skills and the ability to clearly communicate ideas and concepts, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.nNice To HavesnA keen interest in AI & examples of how it has or will create optimal outcomesnExperience working with high profile people and personal brandnBudget management skillsnLocationnLondon - Shoreditch ~ we are an in-person-first culture and believe in fostering a vibrant and work environment centred around connection and community.nSome roles will require global travel so flexibility in this aspect is important and your hiring manager will confirm this with you during the interview process
