Role Overview: As an Endpoint Engineer, you will be responsible for the deployment, management, and support of endpoint devices across their client base. You will play a critical role in ensuring that clients' endpoint infrastructure is secure, reliable, and optimized for their needs.
Endpoint Engineer Key Responsibilities:
Endpoint Management: Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of endpoint devices, including laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for endpoint-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Security: Implement and manage endpoint security measures, including antivirus, encryption, and patch management.
Optimization: Continuously assess and improve endpoint performance and user experience.
Collaboration: Work closely with other technical teams to integrate endpoint solutions with broader IT infrastructure.
Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation for endpoint configurations, processes, and procedures.
Requirements:
Proven experience in endpoint management and support within a managed service provider or similar environment.
Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and endpoint management tools (e.g., Intune, SCCM).
Familiarity with security protocols and best practices related to endpoint protection.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) are desirable.
