We are seeking a Safety Advisor with some CDM experience (further training provided) to join our clients National Safety and CDM team, working from home to cover the areas between York and Darlington. This role is designed to support our clients senior consultants by handling safety and CDM tasks and projects, allowing the seniors to focus on more critical aspects of their work. Construction background an absolute must.
Responsibilities:
* Assist senior consultants with CDM and Safety tasks
* Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations
* Collaborate with the team to maintain a safe and efficient work environment
* Assist with the implementation of health and safety plans
* Support in maintaining client relationships and addressing their safety concerns
Requirements:
* NEBOSH Construction Certificate
* Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
* IMaPS certification is beneficial but not required, training provided
* Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
* Attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Location and Projects: This role is home based will primarily focus on projects in the North Yorkshire area. Ideal candidates would be based inbetween York and Darlington as this location is central to many of our ongoing projects in the area. Driving license is essential
