Undertake and manage team resource for design work for Drainage systems & On and off-site highway features
Be responsible for writing fee proposals,
Proficient in AutoCAD and Site 3D or equivalent 3D software,
Have knowledge of and willing to learn other engineering software,
Reviewing of junior team members reports, design and drawing work,
Co-operate with the Quality Management System (QMS) through undertaking administrative activities
Mentoring and training of junior staff
Senior Civil Engineer Requirements:
~ A degree or HND in Civil Engineering
~ Incorporated Engineer (IEng) (or working towards) with the Institution of Civil Engineers
~Experience working with local authorities, developers and architects on civil engineering aspects of residential, commercial and retirement/care schemes
~ Varied experience working on schemes through the planning process; Civil engineering project management experience including projects combining drainage, external works and highway elements.
