Job Description

Your Role:nLead a team of sales advisors to deliver fantasic customer servicenProactively drive store performance across all departments with creative flairnEnsure delivery of the brand is in line with all visual merchandising guidelinesnPromote compliance within the team to adhere to company policies and proceduresnMaximise sales and product availability whilst controlling costsnExceed customer expectations to deliver great customer service, driving company TV'snPromote our values and our culture to internal and external partiesnComply with all USC policies and procedures at all times.

Qualifications

Your Profile:nResponsible and trust worthynCompliant with the ability to police procedures and policies through your peoplenPassion for retail, people and developing a careernConfident leader who can motivate and challenge others to delivernPromote our values and our culture to internal and external partiesnEnsure store standards are complete and the store is prepared for the next trading daynComply with all USC policies and procedures at all times.
