Cover Supervisor - HLTA | Monday - Friday | ASAP Start | £380 - £440 Take Home Pay | Leicester LE11
LTF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a cover supervisor for a primary school based in the Loughborough area.
The role involves overseeing classes of 25 - 30 students while they complete work that has been previously set for them by an absent teacher. You will be required to oversee the completion of work within a variety of different subjects including phonics and numeracy. The school expect their cover supervisors to support learners academic progress where possible whilst maintaining high behaviour standards and upholding behaviour expectations.
The school are looking for a candidate who can commit to working on a full-time basis and who have the ability to be flexible and willing to get involved within a variety of subjects across the school's curriculum.

It is an ideal opportunity for anyone who is considering a future career as a teacher and is looking to gain valuable experience before progressing onto gaining Qualified Teacher Status.
The candidate we are looking for:
Holds a relevant HLTA qualification or equivalent.
Previous experience working as a HLTA within a primary school setting is highly desirable.
A desire to make a difference to students and their education. Knowledge and understanding of the National Curriculum and its application for primary-aged children.
