From our 39 hospitals and 33 clinics across England, Wales and Scotland, we provide; diagnostics, inpatient, day case and outpatient care in areas including orthopaedics, gynaecology, cardiology, neurology, oncology and general surgery. We are the principal independent provider by volume of knee and hip operations in the United Kingdom and we own and operate sports medicine, physiotherapy and rehabilitation brand, Perform. Working in partnership with over 8,760 experienced consultants, we delivered tailored, personalised care to approximately 926,500 inpatients, outpatients and day case patients in 2022.

We now have an opportunity for a Resourcing Partner to join our internal resourcing team in the South. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively sourcing passive candidates using job boards, social media and tools such as Daxtra
  • Closely strategizing with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to provide insight on market data of candidates
  • Partnering with Hiring Managers to ensure effective negotiation of hiring offers
  • Developing internal and external networks to support passive sourcing efforts
  • Tracking and maintaining reporting of applicant and position metrics
  • Implementing creative recruitment tactics that attract talent to the business 
  • Developing best practices for recruitment and retention
  • Working within ATS system guidelines, managing applicant and candidate activity
  • Employing interviewing techniques to assess the fit between a candidate's previous experience and the position
  • Working closely with HR Business Partners and internal business customers to manage recruiting strategy with focus supporting business needs
  • Training Hiring Managers on the recruitment process and the steps that they are responsible for completing

Key Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience of working within an RPO, Internal or Recruitment agency setting
  • Significant experience sourcing passive candidates is required
  • Ability to work with and influence senior management 
  • Experience of talent acquisition process management and strategy creation 
  • Knowledge of developing and implementing new talent acquisition process
