We are looking for an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join a reputable learning disabilities provider and support their service for adults with learning disabilities in the London area for a period of 3 months.nAs the Interim Deputy Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for working alongside the Registered Manager to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support to the residents. You will lead and manage a clinical team and support with any responsibilities associated with this.nThe ideal candidate will have the following:nA minimum of 2 years' experience as a ManagernBe nurse qualified with an active NMC pinnStrong leadership and management skillsnGood understanding of CQC regulationsnExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsnImmediate availabilitynIn return, we offer a competitive day rate and the opportunity to work with a supportive and dedicated team.
