This Facilities Management company is looking for a dynamic, hardworking and dedicated Cost Estimator / Bid Estimator, to generate quotations for repair and maintenance project work to allow for further growth and development.
LOCATION: Office based- Longfield, Kent. You may be looking for Estimator / Cost Estimator jobs in Kent, Longfield, Hartley, Dartford, Meopham, Gravesend, Crayford, Rochester, Wrotham, Maidstone.
You will have a full UK driving licence.
SALARY: Competitive Salary plus benefits, bonuses, fuel card/ mileage/ electric car scheme, progression opportunities, salary reviews.
HOURS: 9am - 5pm. Mon - Fri.
This Estimating role will be split between the office and sites across Kent/ London. Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass all aspects of cost planning, from identifying the scope of works, to providing a cost estimate.
You may be Construction Estimator, or perhaps a Property Maintenance Engineer/ Fabric Maintenance Technician with a background in Property Maintenance/ Property Management/ Fabric Maintenance, where you can use your technical knowledge and IT skills to produce realistic estimates.
As an Estimator, you will be a strong team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills, computer literate, able to build a rapport with clients.
Previous jobs may include Quotes Manager, Property Maintenance Director, Multi-Skilled Tradesperson/ Owner, Cost Planner, Quotes Coordinator, Construction Estimator, Cost Estimator, Bid Estimator, Assistant Estimator, Surveyor, Assistant Surveyor, Assistant Quantity Surveyor, QS, Property Maintenance Engineer, property maintenance Technician, Property Management Director or similar.
