What we ask of you

As a Head Chef in one of our kitchens you will be responsible for leading your team to work to the highest standards. From recruitment, food safety, stock/prep levels, rotas, food quality, service times and cleanliness standards you will lead by example at all times.nWe are all about development for you and your team. We expect you to cultivate a culture of learning and development and encourage your team to take ownership of their own development whilst providing support and guidance as well as training.
