Job: Machine operator 
Shifts: Monday-Friday Rotating shift 6-2pm/2-10pm
Temp to perm Opportunity.
Pay: £12.57 rising to £13.82 after training
Location: Located on the outskirts Kettering
Job Description: I am recruiting for a meticulous and technically proficient Machine Conversion Operator to manage the setup, operation, and maintenance of the conversion machinery. The ideal candidate will ensure that machines operate efficiently, meet production targets, and produce high-quality products. This role is crucial in supporting the manufacturing process and maintaining the companys reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
· Set up and operate machine conversion equipment according to specifications.
· Monitor machine performance, adjusting as necessary to maintain quality and efficiency.
· Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting to prevent downtime.
· Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
· Record and report production data, including output, downtime, and quality issues.
· Collaborate with the production team to optimize processes and improve productivity.
· Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in a related field preferred.
· Proven experience as a Machine Operator, preferably in a conversion or manufacturing environment.
· Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
· Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
· Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
Physical Requirements:
· Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
· Standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
· Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
