About the Role: You'll be joining a small supported living service, where you'll assist three lovely ladies in leading independent lives and another service supporting 19 Adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism.
Your role will involve providing both tenancy-related support and emotional assistance to meet the individual needs of each person.
Responsibilities Include:
Providing physical support with household tasks and personal care
Offering emotional support to individuals and their families
Assisting with healthcare needs, including medication administration and routine checks
Encouraging personal skill development through hobbies and interests
Teaching essential life skills such as shopping, using public transport, and managing bills
Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of care
Requirements:
Right to work in the UK is essential
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
Compassionate and patient nature
Ability to work effectively within a team
Excellent communication skills
