What's in it for you as a Shift Production Manager?nSalary starting at £55,691 per annumn4on 4off (2 days 2 nights)nKPI Driven Bonusn264 hours holiday (33 days pro rata)nCompetitive company pensionnLocation - Pollington/Snaith (Commutable from Knottingley and Goole)nOvertime at PremiumnCareer Progression and accredited training program.nKey Responsibilities of Shift Production Manager;nThe leadership of manufacturing / production operations, covering both automated and labour intensive processes, whilst seeking to automate processes where possiblenInternational Management SkillsnThe development and promotion of lean manufacturing techniques, such as 5s, 6 sigma, VSM, SMED, TPM, OEE etc, across manufacturing operationsnTo identify opportunities to further automate manufacturing processesnTo develop multi-functional / flexible manufacturing teams across operationsnImplement different KPIs across the factory
Qualifications and Experience for a Shift Production Manager;nPrevious experience within a senior production/ manufacturing leadership position, e.g. Operations Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Production Manager, Shift Operations Manager, Shift Production Manager, Production Lead, etcnLeadership and people management skills and the ability to build, motivate, develop and improve teams.nExperience within a fast-paced manufacturing / engineering environment, practically implementing continuous improvement tools and techniques - Lean and Six Sigma.nILM Leadership / Management Qualification.nThis position would suit a Production Shift Manager, Shift Supervisor, Production Manager
