Located in North Wales, an experienced Electrical Project Engineer is required to join their dynamic and ambitious team, focusing on a variety of important water-related engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading and coordinating project teams comprising of installation engineers and subcontractors to ensure execution of electrical elements.
Working closely under the guidance of the Senior Project Manager to oversee all construction activities related to electrical projects.
Ensuring all project deliverables are met with regards to safety, quality, programming, and budget constraints.
Involved in the full project lifecycle from design through to commissioning and handover.
Contributing towards continuous improvement initiatives in project management processes and techniques.
Facilitating effective communication and problem resolution across project teams.
Job Requirements:
Substantial understanding of electrical engineering in water treatment and waste management settings.
Familiarity with IEE or BS 7671: Requirements for Electrical Installations.
Relevant vocational qualifications such as NVQ level 3 or above, preferably in Site Supervision or similar.
Proficient in managing NEC contracts and multidisciplinary site teams including subcontractors.
Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of mentoring and motivating teams.
Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively managing stakeholder relationships.
