Logsistics Manager

We are working with a leading engineering company with a strong international presence across sectors who are looking to engage with a logistics manager to join their London business unit to work on a hyperscale data centre in NW London.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Liaising and assisting the logistics manager to coordinate the logistics operations on site.
* Deputising for the logistics manager during periods of rotation.
* Supervising and coordinating logistics labor on site to include but not limited to; maintaining roadways & walkways, coordination with all trade partners, lifting operations as required, Cleaning activities and traffic marshalling activities.
* Managing company plant and assets onsite.
* Maintaining provisions of materials and consumables for site use.
* Attendance to DABS and Coordination meetings representing company.
* Ensuring safe & correct handling of all materials.
* Managing deliveries, coordination of deliveries via the online system.
* Managing lifting, coordination of lifting via the online system.
* Markup of DWGs each week to highlight safety systems, access/egress and evolution of site.
Experience Required:
* 8+ years experience in a similar role.
* Experience receiving goods and documentation.
* Excellent IT skills and communication skills
