Creative Production Lead

CDTR are looking for a Creative Lead (Art & Media) to guide the creation of stunning visual content that powers our immersive, tech-driven entertainment experiences. Working closely with the Director of Media and Art , you’ll lead a talented team of artists, motion designers, and content specialists across both cinematic and real-time media , bridging the worlds of pre-rendered storytelling, animation, and interactive content. You’ll be the creative engine driving delivery, transforming vision into visually breathtaking media that enhances guest experiences in themed and interactive environments. The vision is simple - fuse the creativity of a design studio, with the innovation of a tech lab, to create a one-stop shop for extraordinary guest-centric, 360 attraction experiences. Key Responsibilities: Lead Creative Production Drive the creative and visual direction of all digital media, from concept handover to final delivery. Oversee both rendered and real-time content workflows, including animation, lighting, compositing, and in-engine visual production. Ensure creative intent is maintained throughout all stages of production. Deliver World-Class Content Manage multiple media projects simultaneously, balancing creative excellence with technical execution. Collaborate with producers, engineers, and designers to ensure on-time, on-spec, and on-brand delivery. Review and refine output from internal teams and external vendors, maintaining consistency and quality. Bridge Art and Technology Champion innovation across cinematic and interactive pipelines, from traditional render pipelines such as Vray to Unity based workflows. Support the adoption of new techniques in real-time rendering, virtual production, and immersive storytelling. Partner with technical teams to ensure creative assets are optimized and integrated for live themed venues as well as fully digital environments. Inspire and Lead Mentor artists, editors, and animators, fostering an environment of creative curiosity and technical excellence. Contribute to resource planning and vendor management across projects. Play a key role in shaping the future of CDTR’s media and art output alongside the Director of Media and Art. You should have: 5+ years of experience leading teams in media, VFX, animation, or real-time production. A strong portfolio showcasing cinematic storytelling, real-time visual work, and high-end rendered content. Deep understanding of production pipelines, from offline rendering to Unreal Engine and virtual production workflows. Proficiency in relevant tools (Unity Engine, 3Dsmax, Maya, Blender, After Effects, or similar). Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across creative and technical disciplines.
