Job Title: Maintenance Manager
Location: Cambridge
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
Our client, a leading facilities management company, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of technical facilities on a mobile contract.
Key Responsibilities:
Management and maintenance of technical facilities on the site
Overseeing the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs
Providing technical support to other departments as required
Managing contractors and external suppliers
Managing budgets and controlling costsQualifications and Experience:
A technical background (Electrical desirable)
Previous experience in a technical facilities management role
Strong knowledge of building services, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
Experience managing contractors and external suppliers
Good knowledge of health and safety regulations
Excellent communication and problem-solving skillsBenefits:
