We are currently recruiting Telephone Researchers for a client in South Shields. This is a temporary position that is expected to last until Christmas however there is a possibility that this could be extended.
We are looking for staff that have excellent communication skills and are able to work full time (37 hours per week). You will be expected to complete 9-12 surveys per hour ensuring all notes are accurately updated during the course of the call.
You will be working 9.5 hours per day, 4 days per week and your hours will fall between the following days/hours:
Monday 9am-8pm
Tuesday 9am-8pm
Wednesday 9am-8pm
Thursday 9am-8pm
Friday 9am-3pm
Saturday 10am-2pm
Your main duties will include:
* Contacting students who have recently completed or withdrawn from training to obtain their feedback regarding how they found the course, what they have gone on to do and how the course has benefitted them.
* Ensuring all records are promptly and accurately updated with the feedback from the student.
* Collating information using a set script
To be considered for the role you must have:
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience of making outbound calls
* A confident telephone manner
* Good IT skills
* Comfortable working in a fast moving, target focused environment
You must be available ASAP and willing to complete a 2 stage interview- telephone interview and a working trial.
