We are looking for a professional individual with excellent communication skills to join our client's Customer Service Team.
You will play a key role offering high end customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. Resolving any customer queries promptly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
Professionally manage customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and courteous communication
Handle customer returns efficiently, providing seamless service from initiation to resolution
Accurately process orders across multiple channels, including phone, email, and online platforms
Assist with financial applications, ensuring compliance with all relevant procedures and policiesWhat we are looking for:
Previous experience in a Customer Service Admin role
Outstanding communication skills written and orally
IT Savvy, able to quickly learn new systems
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environmentDetails:
Title: Customer Service Advisor
Salary: up to £26,500
Location: Ascot
Contract & Hours: Permanent, Full-time, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm (fully office-based)
