Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is expanding their team and seeking a reliable and proactive Customer Service Administrator. As a crucial member of their team, you will be involved in various aspects of sales and stock administration within the organisation.
Responsibilities:
Process orders, arrange despatch, and prepare invoices
Generate quotes for customers and send out samples
Handle sales and finance reporting
Monitor and report stock levels, including managing reorder levels and customer forecasts
Provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for customers
Produce reports and assist with basic accounting tasks like invoice generation and payment follow-upWhile experience in stock control and merchandising is beneficial, it is not a requirement, as full training will be provided. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of Excel and demonstrate a willingness to take ownership of key functions within a business.
