Location: Cramlington, Northumberland
Salary: £41,410 + Excellent Benefits
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
The Client:
Our client is a well-established privately owned transportation company, specialising in warehousing, logistics, removals, and self-storage solutions.
The Role:
As an HGV Technician, you will play a pivotal role in performing fault diagnostics, servicing, and repairs on diverse range of vehicles.
Responsibilities:
Perform breakdown recovery and MOT prep / presentation.
Execute full vehicle overhaul, including engine / gearbox repairs.
Work independently with initiative to meet tight deadlines.
Requirements:
Previously worked as an HGV Technician, HGV Mechanic or in a similar role.
Minimum 3-5 years post-qualification experience.
Hold Level 3 Heavy Vehicle Maintenance / Repairs or Time Served qualification.
Class 1 HGV licence would be beneficial.
Valid UK driving licence would be preferred.
Shifts:
Week 1: 7:00am - 4:30pm
Week 2: 9:30am - 7:00pm + Saturday morning
