Recruitment Solutions Workforce is recruiting a Production Technician for our client, a small yet dynamic LED lighting and control systems business based in Cwmbran. This is an exciting opportunity to join our client and be the driving force behind the evolution of LED lighting technology

Key Responsibilities:
Manufacturing Excellence:
* Work on the production process of LED lighting and control systems with a keen eye for detail.
* Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure products meet or exceed industry standards.
* Collaborate with the design team to provide valuable insights for continuous improvement in manufacturing processes. Innovation and Product Development:
* Actively participate in product design discussions, offering your expertise in LEDs and electrics.
* Contribute ideas for new product features, enhancements, and manufacturing techniques.
* Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our products remain cutting-edge.
On-Site Projects:
* Embrace exciting opportunities to work on-site, implementing and troubleshooting LED solutions.
* Collaborate with clients to understand their unique requirements and provide customized solutions.
* Showcase your technical skills by efficiently addressing challenges during on-site installations.
Technical Expertise:
* Possess a good understanding of LED technologies, electrical systems, and various control systems.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly, ensuring seamless functionality of our products.
* Act as a resource for the team, providing guidance and training on technical aspects.
Independent Leadership:
* Flourish in an environment that values independence and initiative.
* Take ownership of projects and demonstrate leadership in problem- solving.
* Drive efficiency and effectiveness in production processes, contributing to the overall success of the team.
Qualifications:
* Educational background in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
* Proven experience in LED manufacturing and a strong grasp of electrical systems.
* Basic understanding of lighting control systems and the ability to adapt to new technologies.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead projects.
